Booking Conditions:
Horse floats must be booked in advance via our website. All bookings are instantly confirmed via email once payment is received through our secure checkout.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of pick-up are non-refundable.
No-Shows:
Failure to collect the horse float during the agreed timeframe will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.
Pickup & Return Location:
All floats are collected and returned to Yahweh Acres, 4 Avonmore Street, Moggill QLD 4070. Pickup and drop-off times must be confirmed at the time of booking.
