Refund Policy

Whole Foods Products:
Due to the nature of our food items, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@yahwehacres.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue.

Horse Float Hire:
Refunds for horse float bookings are subject to our Cancellation Policy.

Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will offer a full refund or replacement. Email us at hello@yahwehacres.com.au to initiate the process.
